What's new in DiffPlug 2.1.4

• Added the dpopen helper script which allows you to do dpopen SOMEFILE as an alias to dp ext.
• Added integration instructions for Perforce.

Fixed in this release

• DiffPlug can now handle Windows short filenames (DOS compatibility 8.3 filenames)
  • e.g. "C:\PROGRA~1\SOMEFILE.TXT"
• When opening a file that no longer exists, DiffPlug now makes it easier to see what happened.
